3.2 Access After Purchase

Download availability depends on Product category and any stated access period. Retain backup copies where permitted.

4. Refund Policy

No Refunds. Once a Product is purchased—whether downloaded or not—no refund will be issued. By purchasing, you accept that the transaction is final.

  • Downloaded Products: No refunds after any successful download.
  • Guest Purchases: No refunds whether downloaded or not.
  • Account Purchases: No refunds after download access is granted.

5. License & Usage

Purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product as described in its documentation. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or unauthorized sharing is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All Products and site content are owned by Soft-Tech Technology LLC or its licensors. No rights are transferred beyond the limited license expressly granted.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Support & Updates

Support or updates may be offered at our discretion and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated for a Product.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.
